Libby Scobee, a St. Louis native, is a graduate of Savannah College of Art and Design with degrees in both Printmaking and Photography. Her work explores fantasy and otherworldly creatures encroaching into landscapes both manmade and natural. An avid reader, Libby takes a great deal of her inspiration from fiction as well as historical myths. Her work has been included in the group exhibitions 'Unaddressed' at Fridge Gallery in Atlanta, GA and ‘Wild Things’ at Sweetwater Center for the Arts in Sewickley, PA. She is currently a part of Tom Huck’s crew of printmakers at Evil Prints in St. Louis, MO.
